A sweet child's silver cup with a fun handle shaped like the man in the moon. The cup is of a plain elegant design sitting on a slightly raised foot. The inside of the tankard / mug is beautifully gilded to protect the silver from any liquids put in it. . Lovely functional item which would also make a lovely birthday or christening present.
Excellent set of clear hallmarks to the side near the handle for L Lanson and hallmarked in Birmingham in 1956.
