  • Beautifully hand wrough hanoverian pattern silver tablespoon made by Jon Braganza in Yorkshire. This spoon is made from very heavy gauge silver to give the thickness necessary to hand planish and work silver. The bowl shows some lovely planishing marks which have been polished to provide an almost water like surface.

The bowl and handle are joined with a "rattail" to the rear of the bowl to give the bowl additional strength and a ridge to the front of the stem just above the bowl for decoration.

The spoon was hallmarked in London in 2018. It measures 13 cms long and weighs 84 grams.
