Hand made cast silver mustard by Jon Braganza London 2015 with spoon and bespoke liner

Silver pig shaped Mustard pot by Jon Braganza

  • Hand made silver pig mustard which has been cast with thick silver and finely chased to give the impression of the pig's skin. It has a hand made spoon and bespoke liner. The liner has been blown and moulded into the mustard to give a close fit. The spoon when in place makes the pig's tail.

The mustard has been designed and made by Jon Braganza in the workshops of York Minster Antiques which Jon owns. It has been hallmarked at the Goldsmith's Hall in London where Jon is a registered silversmith. The lid of the mustard carries the full set of hallmarks and the body of the pig (ears) the date letter and sterling marks.

Without the liner it weighs 271 grams. It measures 10.5 cm long nose to tail and is 5 cms high.
