Lovely silver cruet set comprising 4 salts, 2 pepperettes, 1 mustard and 5 matching spoons. The set comes in its original case. The salts are gold washed for protection and the mustard has its original blue glass liner. 

A good quality silver cruet with all original matching parts each carrying the William Hutton makers mark, Birmingham 1906. The spoons are all William Hutton but carry the London assay office mark for 1907, but we believe they are as supplied originally as part of the same set. 

The retailer's name of Ollivant and Botsford Manchester can be found on the liner of the lid. Overall the set weighs 246 grams net ie with mustard liner removed.

  • This Edwardian silver cruet set comes in its original case. It is of good quality. It was made in Birmingham  in 1906 by William Hutton. The spoons are also by William Hutton but carry the London assay office mark for 1907, We believe they are as supplied originally as part of the same set. The salts are gold washed for protection and the mustard has its original blue glass liner.

    The mustard is 7.5 cms high, the salts are 4.5 and the pepperettes are 7 cms high. Overall the set weighs 246 grams net ie when weighed with the mustard liner removed.
