Set of six solid silver early Victorian small condiment ladles or large salt spoons.
Set of 6 early Victorian silver salt spoons
- 2 by Charles Boyton 1849 and 4 by George Adams 1841. All are engraved with the same squirrel emblem to their finials. It is probable that the owners added the two by Charles Boyton in 1849 as their dining table needs increased, a common practice. All have gilded bowls to protect the silver. All in excellent condition for their age. 4.5 inches long.
