- A set of six Scottish silver provincial spoons by James Erskin c1810 Aberdeen. James Erskin was active from 1792 - 1818. Initials engraved on each spoon's terminal.All marked JE and the Aberdeen omega mark. In an associated more modern presentation box which has a good hinge and clasp with a water stain to the outside of the lid. Overall weight 63gms
Condition:
Their overall condition is excellent, no major dings dents or repairs. Silver is a soft material and there is light surface scratching giving a nice silver patina in keeping with their age. Clear hallmarks.
