Imperial Russian vodka cup in the form of an elegant small beaker marked in St Petersburg between 1898 - 1903 with the makers mark of Yokav Nikolayevich Lyapunov who was registered there between these dates. Also marked P.L. A good gauge silver with a nice patina. The inside is gilded to protect the silver from any corrosive elements in the drinks consumed from it. The cup is not engraved.
