A lovely pair silver Art Deco napkin rings hallmarked in Birmingham 1948 by Harmon Bros with a rectangular stepped design. Engine turned angular guilloche decoration with a rectangular cartouche. Original initials in script in the cartouche. A lovely Art Deco pair of tableware.
