Silver Arts and Crafts large bowl by George Laurence Connell hallmarked in Birmingham in 1923 The bowl is of a squat round form with 6 applied silver rondels, all sitting on a plain collet foot which flares towards the bottom.
The bowl is very much in the style of A E Jones who made many items for Connell and could very likely be the actual maker of this lovely bowl.

Diameter. 22 cms across rim
23 cms across the widest part in the middle.
Weight : 611 grams
Condition: In good antique condition commensurate with age and normal usage. The hallmarks are rubbed. There are a couple of bruises on the side wall on the inside when viewed from above which are minor but are mentioned for completeness. None of these are detrimental to the bowl which is overall in good condition.
